Everyone here bought signage, wraps or print from Sauce. This is the list we would
introduce Sauce Interiors to. Tell us who to leave out.
The two exports came to 1,219 records. Here is every record we removed and why,
so nothing is dropped quietly.
1,219records in the exports
QuickBooks 1,505 rows and Xero 174 rows, merged and de-duplicated on email.

Aged debtors and your own internal addresses.

98 do what Sauce Interiors does, 116 had stopped trading, 7 were both.
−75proven gone this week
62 dissolved at Companies House, 16 closed on Google. 33 of these had looked
alive until we checked the register.

Every one checked against Companies House and Google in the last week.
How the three groups differ
They are not a ranking of who matters. They decide which of three emails someone gets, because
the three groups can honestly be told different things.
A, 18 businesses. Trading, has premises, big enough to fund a refurbishment, and
something happened recently: a new site, an extension, a planning application. These get an email
written for them by hand.
B, 270 businesses. Trading, has premises, no recent event we could find. These get a
sector email with the signage job merged in where we know it.
C, 617 businesses. Sole traders, no premises, or a one-off small print job. These get a
short introduction and nothing claimed.
Deliberately not shown here: email addresses. Nothing on this page identifies a person
beyond the first name we would greet them with.
